OUR INTENTION

"Pili" means connect in Hawaiian.

We have all the "wellness" we need in LA, but we lack community.

With love and belonging being the third most important tier of our fundamental needs, we decided to create space in this big, sprawling city where you can truly connect from a place of love, presence, nurturing and belonging.

Through wellbeing, delicious snacks, guest teachers and a magical space, we host monthly events with one core theme: connection. We want to bring the kind of support, accountability, and friendliness that you'd find in an island community. We are committed to hosting deep and dynamic events where people can come to have a truly connected, conscious experience.

Pili Project was born to shatter pretentious "networking" and uncomfortable, empty gatherings to instead come together to learn, move, nibble, and make friends.

Join us in creating conscious, connected community in LA.

With love,

Margot + Kama

WHO WE ARE

Margot Amzallag and Kama Hagar met during their 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Santa Monica, CA.
These two visionary women instantly sparked a friendship over a shared love for wellbeing, delicious food, and the Hawaiian islands. Sourcing inspiration from the educational experience during our training and our passion for the power of community in the islands, they committed to hosting deep and dynamic events where people can come to have a truly connected, conscious experience.
